If for any reason a copy of this e-ticket is made or a duplicate is attempted upon entry, the first e-ticket scanned at the event will be allowed entry while the second e-ticket with the same bar code will be denied access. Event staff can verify the legitimate buyer by checking photo ID. All customers should bring a credit card and photo ID to the event. This e-Ticket admits one person, valid for one day ONLY.
Bearer must have hand stamped for same day re-entry. Duplicate uses of this ticket is prohibited. All other coupons, discounts or special offers are not valid with this e-ticket. The bearer of this e-ticket assumes all responsibility for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending this event, and agrees to hold blameless and harmless Gilmore Enterprises, Inc., Richmond Raceway Complex, and its
subsidiaries and affiliates in the event of personal injury or loss or damage to property, waiving all rights to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the event. The bearer of this e-ticket acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the event you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Cancellation Policy – Should the event be cancelled for any reason, refunds are not guaranteed. If refunds are made, any transaction or refund fees incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
